It’s also very well known for relieving joint pain, muscle strain, and bruises. Epsom salt can assist the body in releasing harmful substances from the body.
Drink Plenty of H2O
This one is a no brainer, right? As far as daily water consumption goes, start intentionally hydrating throughout your day and find out how much you naturally drink when you’re thirsty. Some recommend you drink half your weight in ounces. It is, no doubt, an important piece to your health puzzle because we are made up of 70% water and both our brain and heart is made up of 73% water.

Small Diet Adjustment

Yoga is more physically involved, and can be intimidating for a beginner, but worth the try. There are a ton of tutorials and yoga classes on YouTube, so you can practice at home.
Regular Journaling
You now know how to get rid of unwanted toxins, but what about unwanted thoughts? Journaling is a great way of clearing the mind, allowing you the space to focus and continue your day. Purge your brain, then look back at it later and see your growth.
